With over a decade of dedicated experience in the realm of customer service, I have consistently upheld the principles of delivering exceptional service and adhering to the golden rule of treating others with the same respect and care that I, myself, would expect.

 

In 2018, I embarked on a transformative journey to transition into a new career path. My educational pursuit commenced at Los Angeles Valley College (LAVC) and, within a mere year, I made the transition to California State University, Northridge (CSUN). As what some may term a "non-traditional" student, I encountered skepticism from a counselor who, considering my circumstances as a single, working mother, asserted that graduating with the incoming transfer class was an insurmountable challenge. This moment became the catalyst for my unwavering determination. Not only did I graduate within two years, but I achieved the distinction of graduating cum laude with a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies.

 

This narrative offers a glimpse into my character, one characterized by an unyielding commitment to self-improvement and a resolute refusal to be deterred by the doubts of others. It is my aspiration that this website, like my journey, serves as a testament to the potential for growth, resilience, and the pursuit of excellence in all aspects of life.
